This is an AMAZING 2006 Coachmen Clipper 1270ST. ![]() ![]() If you want a clean, like new camper, you will not be disapointed. I am open to offers but I will not sell this at a give away price, it's just too nice for that. This is as close to a new pop-up as you can buy without paying the new price. My sons are grown now and grandkids live a long way off, so I have no future plans to use this again. ![]() It does have a full awning that has supports back to the camper so no poles need to touch the ground. None of the tent portions have stains or wear.It has AC that works very well, 3 way fridge, 30 gallon water tank I think ( one of the pictures is the build sheet ), Furnace, and water heater. Still smells new and has very little wear. It has been used a handful of times for one night stays, and always stored under a carport.
